Juan Anzaldo, an educator at Whittier Union for nearly 20 years, is the Adult School’s new assistant principal, transforming his passion from guiding and educating young students to helping adults pursue the next phase of their careers.
“I’m very excited to work with Principal Dr. Margie Moriarty to help push the Adult School to the next level, giving back to my community and supporting our adult students as they transition into new careers,” Anzaldo said.
Anzaldo previously served as Whittier High’s assistant principal of business and activities for eight years. He began his career at Whittier Union in 2000 as a math and science teacher at Whittier High, earning Teacher of the Year and Instructional Leader of the Year awards.
